Should I take my daughter out of her all-star program due to toxicity?
Just finished my first family workout!
Today was amazing - got my kids involved in a 20-minute workout and they loved it! Coach Lain's approach really works. The key was making it fun and not too serious. We're going to make this a daily thing!
How do you handle competition pressure?
My son has a big game coming up and I can tell he's nervous. Any advice on how to help him manage the pressure without adding to it? I want to be supportive but not overbearing.
